2021 Convergence

In 2021 we gathered networks, groups, and individuals to catalyze collective action towards the goal of a thriving Maine food system that is equitable, just, and regenerative. Through information and story sharing we worked collaboratively to strengthen a food system that meets the needs of all Mainers.

Convergence Goals

Strengthen relationships and greater trust with a diversity of stakeholders in Maine’s Food System as we catalyze collective action.

Develop structures for ongoing convening

a) continually identify leverage points, key stakeholders, and prioritized actions

b) create transparency and accountability.

Convene stakeholders to focus on a few top priorities in the Maine food system, identifying specific actions needed to work on collectively and then building systems to support collective action.
